With the proper encouragement and guidance from others, you can recover from your injury efficiently and positively. Below are some resources, including trusted organizations you can rely on for support.
Understand more about why youth athletes struggle with mental health and the effects it has on an athlete. Then, we can understand more effective practices to positively and healthily approach injuries, including finding help from others and engaging in other passions. By becoming more knowledgeable in the area, we can only help with mental health struggles when confronting an injury, which will allow athletes to more positively and more quickly return to their sport.
